[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Holloway’s primary activities include conducting economic impact studies, community commerce/retail studies, and other contract research projects, and tracking economic trends and developments in the 5-parish Northshore region of Louisiana.

He was recently elected to the board of directors of AUBER – the Association for University and Business Economic Research.

Herb previously held positions as a Farm Business Management Specialist with the University of Kentucky and as an Economist with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. He holds a B.S. from LSU and an M.S. from North Carolina State University, both in Agricultural Economics.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
