Joseph’s primary research interests include unions and collective bargaining as well as housing and urban economics. Prior to joining the New York Fed, Mr. Tracy was an associate professor at Yale University and Columbia University. He holds a B.A. from University of Missouri and a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago.

Fields of interest are Housing, Labor Economics, Collective bargaining, Refinancing, Strikes, Stock options, Unions
